    Ok So I initially purchased from shroom bros and then organic shroom canada.
    Mario’s Microdose Magic Mushroom Capsules
    Take 1 pill a day for 5 days, then take 2 days off for a full week cycle.
    Ingredients:
    150mg – Dried Psilocybe
    100mg – Reishi
    100mg – Chaga
    Organic Shroom Canada’s Microdose: Boost
    Nootropic supplement .. This supplement gives you an amount of Psilocybin mixed with Bacopa Monnieri and Tyrosine.
    Each capsule of Boost contains 200mg of Psilocybe (active ingredient Psilocybin)
    and Ginger root is added
    What I learned is: I am still not sure what I am doing… All I know is the first attempt with Mario Company… I wasnt sure I was really getting much the dose seemed weak which might be good ( I donno)… I would take 2 pills and such…but not a huge difference..No increased anxiety no major depressive episodes…creative side some what activated..
    Now when I tried OrganicShroom.. Omg it takes like 30 min to kick in and then you feel it strongly for an hour.. I took 2 one day and I will never do that again I did not like it I was trippy…even with 1 pill my anxiety is spiked majorly within the first few hours. But then I feel really happy and confident and I noticed less negative talk no depressive episodes. Creativity spike…and boosted mood and interest but the anxiety is definitely triggered alot at first and then at other times..and I do feel tired but unsure if its related to this or not. So I think I need something in the middle. I donno….I think I am on to something but not the right amounts and ingredients yet.

    If you’re looking for something to boost your spirit, this is helpful. It is subtle and improves your overall mood. As for the long-term effects, those are yet to be seen. There were no negative side effects on a dose of once per week over 10 weeks.

    Boost seems to boast a neat combination of psilocybin and other nootropics in effort to make a dose that can help you focus and zone in on creative applications. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of trying it as my first dose in a little over a month which was excellent for a bubbly and fun high but not so great for focus and creativity. I would strongly suggest that if you’re intent is a creativity and productivity boost get the first dose out of the way with another combo or or take the first dose with the intent of having a fun few hours before returning to a day or two later when your tolerance can mute the euphoric feelings slightly and help you better as a creativity and focus booster.
